Custom leather key fob cover for the BMW i Series - a handmade smart key case that wraps your BMW fob in full-grain vegetable-tanned leather that deepens into a rich hand-rubbed patina. Fits the rectangular BMW smart key used across the i Series - i4, i5, i7, iX, iX1, iX3 - and the wider BMW lineup (X Series X1-X7 and 1 to 8 Series), including M models.

Pick your precise key version from the chart - we cover 14 BMW key shapes including the standard smart key, the display key and the older blade keys. Match the buttons and shape to your key and we build the cover to fit it.
Hand-stitched patina, made to order
Each cover is cut and saddle-stitched by hand in our Nghe An workshop, then hand-rubbed to a deep patina finish and paired with a matching leather keychain strap and metal clasp. Choose your leather colour, stitching and hardware, add your name to the strap and a personalised logo on the back if you like.

From hide to key
Every MouldKing key fob cover is cut, stitched and finished by one pair of hands in our Nghe An workshop. No factory line - just patience, a sharp blade and waxed thread.

Hide selection
We hand-pick premium full-grain leather and lay out each cover around the best of the hide.

Cutting
The pattern is traced onto the leather and cut by hand with a fresh blade, one clean pull per line.

Saddle stitching
Two needles and one waxed thread, locked by hand - a saddle stitch that holds even if it is ever nicked.

Edge finishing
Edges are bevelled, painted and burnished smooth, then the cover is checked by eye before it is boxed for you.
