What currency are prices in?
All prices, shipping and refunds are in US Dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at their rate when the charge is processed.
Do I pay any tax or VAT?
No. We do not collect sales tax, VAT or GST. The total at checkout is simply: product price + $8 USD flat shipping. No surprise tax line.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Customs duties depend on your country's import rules and the order value, and are the buyer's responsibility. Most small orders ship under the de minimis threshold and arrive with nothing extra to pay.
How long until my order ships?
Every cover is handmade to order. Handcrafting takes 5-7 business days, then delivery is 12-17 business days worldwide, fully tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
How much is shipping?
A flat $8 USD on every order, tracked, shipped worldwide.
How do I know the cover will fit my key?
Choose your vehicle and key version on the product page - we cut each cover so the buttons line up with your exact fob. Not sure which version you have? Email us a photo of your key and we'll confirm before we make it.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes - see our Return & Refund Policy. Because each cover is made to order, we ask that you check your key version carefully before ordering.
What is the cover made of?
Premium full-grain leather, hand-cut, saddle-stitched with waxed thread and hand-burnished at the edges, in our workshop at 108 Cua Hoi Street, Cua Lo Ward, Nghe An 460000, Vietnam.
