Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused - unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached.

Refunds, not exchanges

We process returns as refunds rather than exchanges. If you need a different size or design, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective, wrong or damaged items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return shipping and fees

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind or size returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not charge any restocking fee.

How to request a return

Email support@mouldkingus.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
