Every MouldKing item is made to order, so each order moves through two stages: production and delivery. Here is exactly what to expect.
Order processing: 5-7 business days
Delivery within the US: 10-17 business days
Delivery outside the US: 12-20 business days
Shipping is free on every order.
Production time
Because each item is printed just for you, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be produced and quality-checked before it ships.
Delivery time
After production, your order ships with tracked standard delivery. Typical delivery within the United States is 10-17 business days. For destinations outside the United States, delivery is 12-20 business days depending on the location.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Shipping cost and regions
Shipping is free on all orders. We ship worldwide. Any local import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
